I recently purchased a pontoon boat and I want to make sure I have the most necessary accessories. I'll primarily be using the pontoon boat for cruising, lounging, occasional fishing and pull a tube every once in a while. What is every ones thoughts on the accessories I must-have? The ones I can't live without.
For must have accessories we first like to think of safety, communication, navigation, emergency preparedness, and comfort/convenience.
General = dock lines, anchor, fenders
Safety = life vests, fire extinguisher, first aid kit
Communication = marine radio
Navigation = GPS and compass
Emergency Preparedness = waterproof dry bags, telescoping paddle
Comfort / Convenience = Trash can, portable toilet, changing room
