Do pontoon boats hold their value? If they are a depreciating asset, how quickly/slowly do they depreciate? Let's assume cleanings, care, and maintenance are performed at their regularly prescribed intervals.

Pontoon boats hold their value relatively well after the initial few years of depreciation following the purchase of a brand new pontoon boat. As you mentioned, you absolutely need to perform regular maintenance and constantly clean and protect. Suntracker, Bennington, Lowe, Premier and Avalon brand pontoon boats seem to hold their value well.
